I enjoy life. Beautiful stories surround us everyday. When I first became a mom, I wished that I had a photographer with me all day and any time I wanted to capture those unforgettable moments (sleepy eyes, pouty lips and mischievous smiles) I would just let my personal photographer take over with lightning speed and of course, always paying close attention to the lighting.

Well, we all know that's not possible, but what I did start thinking about was how important it is to capture every day life--not just the dressed up, posed stuff. Yes, beautifully posed, perfectly lit portraits are amazing and necessary--but documenting life, laughter and the natural beauty that every soul possesses is, to me, what it's all about.

Every family tells a wonderful story of their history; Every wedding is made up of vivid colors and characters too beautiful not to chronicle; Every phase a child goes through cries out to be remembered. That is why I

It is important to me that generations from now, my great grandchildren know not only what we looked like but that we had fun together, deeply loved each other and most importantly set the foundation for future generations of loving families.

My background in Theatre and the Arts has given me the gift of open eyes. My three amazing children have given me the desire to capture the truth in every moment. My wonderful husband has given me the encouragement to daily live that dream. God has breathed life into all the facets that make it work.

On that note, I believe that God has been at the center of my business from the beginning. I know without a doubt that each family and bride that comes my way is sent to me by Him and I am honored to work with such amazing families in telling their life stories.
